  • How can I pay?

    The simplest way to pay is by credit/debit card via our online checkout process. Alternatively, you can complete our online booking form and we will send you an invoice which you can pay by BACS or credit/debit card.

  • What if I don't have a credit or debit card?

    If you have a Paypal account, you can choose this option at checkout. Alternatively, you can complete our booking form to request an invoice to pay by BACS.

  • What if this booking is for someone else?

    If the booking is for one other person, you can add their name at checkout if paying by credit/debit card. Or you can complete our booking form.
    We will send them details of how to log in and access their training within 2 working days.

  • What if I wish to make a block booking?

    You can complete our online booking form, adding as many delegates as you wish. We will contact you within 2 working days with an invoice and log in details for people attending.

  • How will I access my course and training materials?

    You will receive an email confirmation of your booking. You will have registered and created an account and password if you have paid online. You can then use this account to access your training links, information and downloads.
    If you have booked via our online booking form, we will email log in details to you and if applicable any other attendees, which you can use to create a password and access your course.

  • Can I book this training to be delivered privately for my business or school?

    Yes, all of our training is available to be booked as 'in-house' for your team. This can often be a very cost-effective way if you have several people wishing to attend.
