With the changes to safeguarding legislation, COVID-19, lack of resources, changes in local safeguarding partnership procedures and supporting staff, children and families with safeguarding concerns things can very quickly become over whelming.

Supervision brings a structured opportunity to support your team through these challenges, to ensure wellbeing and maintain high standards of safeguarding.
